Motorola Moto E
Motorola's entry-level Android smartphone, Moto E, has got a price cut in India. The phone, which retails exclusively on online marketplace Flipkart, is now available at Rs 5,999, Rs 1,000 less than its original price of Rs 6,999.

Moto E sports a 4.3-inch display with 960x540p resolution. The dual-sim phone runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS, and Motorola has promised that it will upgrade the smartphone to the next major version of Android.

Moto E packs a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor, with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage. Unlike Moto X and Moto G(first gen), this phone supports microSD cards for storage expansion. The budget offering of Motorola sports a 5MP camera on the back, but does not have rear LED flash and front camera.
Motorola Moto X
The base 16GB variant of the second-generation Moto X now costs Rs 29,999, down from its launch price of Rs 31,999. The models with wood and leather backs are also Rs 2,000 cheaper, now priced at Rs 31,999.

The second-generation Moto X sports a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080x1920p) AMOLED display. It features a curved metal frame. Powered by a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor and 2GB RAM The phone is 9.9mm thick and weighs 144gram. Moto X also runs Android 4.4 KitKat and comes with Motorola's own suite of apps.
Samsung Galaxy Alpha
Samsung's first metal-bodied smartphone, Galaxy alpha, is now available online at a price as low as Rs 26,990 on Snapdeal. The phone which was launched at Rs 39,990 in September.

The Galaxy Alpha features a compact body with a metal frame, curved corners and a tactile soft back cover. The phone is also one of the slimmest Galaxy devices ever with 6.7mm thickness. It is very lightweight at 115gram.

Samsung Galaxy Alpha sports a 4.7-inch HD Super AMOLED (720x1280p) display. It is powered by Samsung's Exynos octa core processor featuring 1.8GHz quad-core and 1.3GHz quad-core processors, and 2GB RAM.

YotaPhone
The first-generation Yotaphone dual-screen smartphone is now available at Rs 12,999. The phone, which is available exclusively on online marketplace Flipkart, was launched at Rs 23,499.

YotaPhone has a 4.3-inch LCD display with 1280x720p resolution on one side and a 4.3-inch 640x360p E-Ink display on the other. The LCD screen is for using the handset as a smartphone, while the E-Ink panel allows it to be used as an e-reader. Other key specifications of YotaPhone include a dual-core 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus processor, 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, 13MP rear camera and 1MP front camera.
Samsung Galaxy Grand 2
Samsung’s mid-range phablet, launched at Rs 24,890, is now available at Rs 16,900 on Samsung’s official online store and about Rs 15,000 on other online retailers.

Successor to the popular Grand smartphone, Galaxy Grand 2 has a 5.25-inch HD screen and 1.2GHz quad-core processor. It comes with 8GB internal storage, up to 64GB microSD card support and 1.5GB RAM. On the back, it has an 8MP camera with LED flash and sports a 1.9MP camera in front. Connectivity suite of Galaxy Grand 2 includes 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB 2.0.

It is powered by a 2,600mAh battery and the company claims that it can provide talk time of 17 hours. The phone will be available in white, black and pink colours in the market.

Huawei Honor 6
Huawei’s Honor 6 is a great value for money smartphone, which received a Rs 2,000 price cut and is now available at Rs 17,999 on Flipkart.

Huawei Honor 6 sports a 5-inch full-HD display (1920x1080p,440ppi). The phone is powered by a Huawei Kirin 920 octa-core processor and 3GB RAM. The Honor 6 sports a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera.

The smartphone comes with a 3,100mAh battery. The phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Emotion 2.3 UI. It has 16GB internal storage and a microSD card slot (supports cards up to 64GB).
HTC Desire 820
Successor to the Desire 816, the Desire 820 is now available at an average price of Rs 22,000. It was launched at Rs 24,990.

HTC Desire 820 is a dual-sim (GSM+GSM) smartphone. It features a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 720X1280p. The phone is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor (4x2.5GHz + 4x1.5GHz), and 2GB RAM. The phone comes with 16GB internal storage expandable through a microSD card (up to 128GB). It sports BoomSound front stereo speakers just like the HTC One.

The Desire 820 sports a 13MP, f/2.2 rear camera that can capture 1080p video and an 8MP front-facing camera. The phone comes with Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, LTE and GPS connectivity options. It is backed by a 2,600mAh battery and comes with nano-sim slots.
